Protecting Q4 gains in the new year

$26.3M in the last 30 days. Q4 momentum is strong.
The sunnies are on iykyk

Not here to flex….
I'm here to make sure you don't burn everything you just made.
The post-BFCM/Christmas cliff is real. And most brands fall right off it.
They ride the high of record sales, keep spend elevated, and watch the weeks after eat into everything they just made.
We've seen it happen dozens of times.
Same offer. Same audience. Same creative.
Completely different results.
Why?
Because consumer behavior didn't change. But the psychological trigger did.
People were waiting for Black Friday, Christmas or Boxing Day. They felt justified to buy. That justification is gone now.
So here's the playbook we're running across our accounts:
Dec 26-31:
CPMs drop significantly after Christmas.
CPCs get much cheaper.
But conversion rates stay high.
This creates one of the best testing windows of the year.
New angles. New creatives. New landing pages. All at a fraction of the cost.
We call this Q5. And it's a great entrance into Q1.
Jan 1+:
"New Year, New Me" positioning goes massive.
Supplements. Fitness. Health & beauty. These categories explode.
Start prepping those landing pages now with resolution angles.
Target "how to" searches. Weight loss. Muscle gain. Skin improvement.
Selling collagen? Shift to hair loss solutions. Same product. Different angle. Different audience.
The biggest mistake brands make right now?
Unrealistic expectations.
Even with the same offer, you won't hit BFCM numbers.
But if you prepare, you get rewarded. Q1 can be one of your most profitable seasons.
tldr, DON’T BURN THE GAINS!!!
