The shortcut to running Google Ads

I love shortcuts.

If there’s a faster, simpler, easier way to reach the same outcome without sacrificing quality, I’ll take it every time.

We recently set up a new automation in the agency called “Success Alert.”

It triggers whenever we deliver great results for a brand within 14 days.

That could mean a sharp jump in ad spend while holding ROAS steady.

Or a big boost in ROAS while keeping spend consistent.

In real time, I can watch how we deliver results that typically take months according to "industry standards."

And the reason we’re able to get these outcomes is that… we’re always searching for smart shortcuts that accelerate our clients' progress.

The word “shortcut” often carries a bad reputation.

People think it means being sloppy or cutting corners.

But if you can achieve the same result in half the time… why wouldn’t you take that path?

That mindset drives how we operate as an agency.

If there’s a tool that writes ad copy in 10 minutes instead of 2 hours, we use it.

If a competitor has a campaign that’s crushing it, we break it down, improve it, and make it ours.

If there’s an expert who can speed up any piece of the process, we bring them in.

So on and so on.

Every step, we look for leverage points that save us time.

This way, we can put that time into other critical tasks and help our clients scale at a much higher pace.

That’s what allows us to launch campaigns faster and cut the testing phase down from months to weeks.

And it’s how we get them record month after record month while keeping ROAS stable.

Like this brand we took from $92K in ad spend to $900K in seven months.

These numbers won’t be possible unless you build your system to reach them.

They are the reward for refusing to accept "normal" growth rates.

As business owners, we often feel the urge to do things “the hard way.”

We think that more effort must equal better results.

But time and time again, I’ve watched the opposite unfold.

Brands pile on extra work for the sake of looking busy, when they could use smart shortcuts to move faster and get more done.

They add extra steps to their creative process that add no real value.

They treat “more” as the cure. When in reality, it’s actually a poison.
