This ONE ad Generated The Oodie $7M+

We’ve got something special for you today.

We’ve got something special for you today.

An email from one of our exclusive partners, Marin.

His agency, Inspire, has generated over $300 million in revenue in the last 12 months with Meta Ads.

He’s worked with some of the biggest names in the space, including The Oodie and Vessi.

And today, he’s pulling the curtains to share an ad that pulled in more than $7M for one of his clients.

Let’s dive in.

Hey,

I’m Marin, and I want you to take a look at this video ad.

This is an ad that we ran for The Oodie.

It ended up being one of their best performers for over 2.5 years, bringing in over $7M in revenue.

Now, ads like this don’t just happen by luck.

Most e-commerce brands burn through ad creative faster than they can make it.

They launch 20 different ads, hoping something sticks. Most flop within days. The few that work burn out after a few weeks.

Ads that reach this level of scale have a very deliberate structure behind them.

At Inspire, we’ve developed a specific way of building Meta ads that make sure viewers enjoy watching them… feel drawn to the product… and become customers.

Today, I’ll show you how we built this ad, step by step, and why it worked so well.

By the end, you’ll have the same framework we use to create ads that scale into the millions.

Here’s the breakdown:

1. Thumbnail

This is hugely overlooked. Most ads just take a frame from within the ad.

But this is a massively underrated place to optimize.

Here’s the thumbnail we used:

The main goal of the thumbnail is to grab attention and get people to watch. A typical mid-frame thumbnail fails to do this.

We accomplished this with 3 things:

  • Put the product front and center with both text and image

  • Used an arrow pointing directly at the product

  • Added the 😍 emoji, a universal signal for something desirable

Each element builds curiosity and drives people into the video.

2. Copy

The first line of the copy calls out our ideal customer.

We wanted them to think, "Yeah, that’s me, this sounds interesting."

Once you capture their attention, they become much more inclined to watch the video.

3. Video - Hook

In the opening seconds, a girl goes into The Oodie and then jumps around.

This creates a powerful pattern interrupt that stops people from scrolling.

It also communicates the product’s value proposition (how massive and cozy it is).

We used this hook across multiple ads, and it consistently ranked as one of our best-performing openers.

4. Video - Middle Section Part 1

For some products, this section is where you agitate the problem.

But with The Oodie, the benefits are obvious right away, as the product is self-explanatory.

So instead, we stacked value props and answered common questions.

We emphasized how comfortable it was, then highlighted the quality of the materials.

5. Video - Middle Section Part 2

By this point, prospects are genuinely interested in the product.

So we painted a picture of how they’d use it and what life would feel like after buying.

It wasn’t about saying “this is cool” anymore.

It was about giving them practical reasons to buy.

6. Video - Middle Section Part 3 (Unboxing)

Next, we showed the unboxing experience.

People love imagining themselves opening something new.

This also let us showcase another angle: The Oodie as a gift.

The product came wrapped, making it easy to see as a perfect present.

7. Video - Ending

By now, most prospects are already sold.

So here, we tackled their biggest objection: "What if I don't like the design?"

We showed different designs with a wide variety of colors and patterns.

This signaled to them that there was an option available, no matter what their personal preferences were.

8. Video - CTA

Finally, we have a simple call to action: “Buy today and save!!!”

We added "today" to create urgency and push people to act immediately.

We also included the word "save" to highlight the discount mentioned in the headline.

Simple, but powerful enough to push people off the fence.

That’s the full playbook behind an ad that drove $7M.

Notice how we placed psychological triggers throughout every single part of the ad.

The video looks and feels casual…

But every second was carefully designed to guide people step by step toward making the purchase.

There's nothing fancy about the editing here.

It's all about understanding why people buy and building the ad around it.

If you’re serious about scaling your brand, this is the kind of ad you need to master.

Because here's the thing:

Even though everyone complains about Meta getting more competitive, very few brands have figured out how to create this type of ad.

Which leaves a massive edge for those who do.
