The Slide Funnel: How we scale brands past 6 figures in Google Ads

Every top-performing funnel we build has this in common

We just added another brand to our $100k/month club.

While breaking down their setup, I spotted a pattern we see in every high-performing account.

A simple principle that makes scaling easier, faster, and more profitable.

It’s something we applied to every winning Google Ads funnel we’ve built:

The best funnel feels like a slide, not a staircase.

Here’s what I mean by that:

Buyers drop out of your funnel when you stop moving them forward and start holding them back.

A big reason people interact with your brand is intent.

Behind every search is a person looking for an answer.

And your job isn’t just to match that intent.

It’s to build on it.

In other words:

Turn intent into desire with your ads. Then convert that desire into action on your landing page.

Take this scenario:

You’re running a YouTube ad to cold traffic about how collagen helps your skin look younger.

Your audience doesn’t know what collagen is. They don’t know your brand.

They only know they want healthy, glowing skin.

Let’s say your ads do a great job at getting the click.

You’ve sparked enough curiosity and got your audience interested in your products.

Where do you send them next to keep that momentum?

If you drop visitors directly onto a product page, you'll lose a lot of potential customers.

Why?

Because their minds still fill with unanswered questions:

What is collagen exactly? Is this brand credible? Will this actually work?

You’ll still make some sales. But you’ll lose more than you should.

Because momentum died on the landing page.

They needed clarity. You gave them confusion.

They wanted proof. You gave them bullet points.

They needed reassurance. You gave them a "Buy Now" button.

Every step in your funnel needs to propel buyers forward.

You can’t afford to slow them down. You can’t afford to distract them or create uncertainty.

Because buyers slip away when you fail to sustain their interest.

That’s why we write ad copy and build landing pages based on where the buyer is in their journey.

Because success in Google Ads comes from precision, not just relevance.

In our collagen example, a product page might seem relevant.

But it's not the best option to convert cold traffic.

And just because you can show something doesn’t mean you should.

Ask yourself at every step in your funnel:

Does this help the user buy faster? Or does it stall their momentum?

Stacks anything that builds momentum.

Eliminate everything that kills it.
