Making $200k in Google Ads with 2 products
How we run Google Ads for a brand from scratch

Let me share a recent success story with you.
A few months ago, a brand came to us to help with their advertising.
A brand approached us a few months ago looking to expand their acquisition channels with Google Ads.
What made this interesting?
They only had two products in their lineup.
4 months later, they hit over $200k in revenue.
Here's how we did it:
First, we used DataFeedWatch to create 4 additional feeds for each product, each with its own unique angle.
This lets us test multiple selling points by customizing titles, images, and product descriptions for each feed.
To put this into perspective:
The brand sold lamps.
For 1 set of feeds, we highlighted how the lamps could be used:
Bar Bottle Lights, Restaurant Table Lamps, etc.
For another feed, we highlighted features:
Battery-operated, Wireless, etc.
This strategy gave us over 50 product listings in Google Merchant Center.
And we could experiment with different audience segments.
We quickly spotted what worked and what didn't.
From there, optimization was straightforward:
We pumped more budget into winning products and pulled back on underperformers.
In our 1st month, we focused on branded traffic.
The ROAS was solid, but we were only spending $2.5k.
To hit our scaling goals, we had to pivot to prospecting campaigns.
Here’s how we optimize for unbranded traffic:
Kept brand and non-brand traffic in separate campaigns
Tracked where every dollar is going.
Made sure Google wasn't sneaking brand traffic into our acquisition campaigns (especially those automated pMax campaigns - they can be sneaky)
With this approach…
We gradually increased the impact of prospecting campaigns.
After two months, prospecting campaign revenue jumped from $30k to $73k.
They made up 60% of total revenue (from just 30% before)
If you want to scale, don’t rely on brand traffic.
It's great for capturing existing demand, but you need a system that consistently brings in new customers.
That’s how you can hit those 6 and 7-figure months with Google Ads.
