How we 5x our partners' results in 1 year

This Q4, we've generated $600M+ in sales from $22.3M in ad spend across our client portfolio.

That's a massive increase from the previous year.
Here’re 3 lessons from our journey:
1. Prepare early
For sales periods like BFCM, preparation makes all the difference.
The competition is fierce.
Everyone’s fighting for the sales. Everyone’s pushing their promos.
And the brands that win are the ones that prepare better.
There are a lot of things to line up…
Offers, creatives, copy, settings, etc.
Our team started in August.
With 200+ brands under our belt and a team with 7+ years of Google Ads experience, we built plans for every scenario.
If something went wrong, we had a backup ready to go.
We also brought in operational experts to help our partners with logistics, 3PL, and other backend challenges.
When the big day hit, we were ready.
2. Build demand before the sales
Customers don’t wait for the big day to start shopping.
Many of them search for what they want weeks in advance.
We run pre-sale campaigns to build hype, boost awareness, and generate demand early.
By the time the sale starts, we’ve got a pool of hungry buyers ready to pull the trigger.
3. Don’t be afraid to be aggressive when you’ve got a good deal
During BFCM, people actively hunt for deals.
They know what they want. They’re just waiting for the right offer.
When you have a strong deal, be aggressive:
We showed it in our ads. We highlighted it in our landing pages. We pushed it through ad extensions and GMC promos.
We used urgency and scarcity to drive action.
Everything is optimized to make the audience not just want to buy.
But want to buy now.
This isn’t the time to play it safe.
You’re actually building your brand by giving customers what they want at the price they want.
