How much MORE revenue you’d make with the right Q4 strategy
How to (not) waste Q4

We’ve just wrapped up August and sent out our monthly reports to our clients.
I’m thrilled because a few brands got some insane numbers last month.
And the team is super excited for what’s coming next:
Q4.
In fact, we’ve already started mapping out the strategies for it… both before and during the sales periods.
We do this so early because we know the kind of impact that a great Q4 strategy can have on a brand.
Now, I’m not here to talk about “how Q4 can skyrocket your revenue blah blah blah.”
You know that already.
What I’m trying to drill down here is the gap between a great Q4 strategy and a “standard” one.
Here’s what I mean:
Last January, we spoke with a Swedish brand.
They just had a successful Q4, generating over $800K in November and December.
That was about 1.5–2.5x their normal monthly revenue. Solid numbers.
But they felt like they were leaving a lot of money on the table.
They were growing quickly, yet their Google Ads weren’t keeping up.
On top of that, their team wasn’t sure how to scale this channel further.
So the numbers stayed flat month after month. Not bad, but not great either.
And their intuition was right.
After one year of working with us, here’s what they achieved in November and December:

We tripled their year-over-year revenue, generating over $2.3M (21.8M SEK).
And those two months came in at 3–4x their usual monthly revenue.
On top of that…
We didn’t just get them record months in terms of revenue. We did it with a much higher ROAS and lower CPA.
ROAS increased from 2.55X to 3.35X, while CPA dropped by 15%.
This is the difference that a great Q4 strategy can make.
Countless brands we’ve worked with have shattered their previous records.
Many saw their revenue double, triple, or even beyond that compared to the year before.
And those “peaks” carried over to the following year and set the pace for the next 12 months.
Now, I’m not saying you can triple your Q4 revenue this year.
But that’s how it worked out for this brand.
And it does show the power of having the right methodology for Q4.
