Campaign changes and merchant center fix
Important changes that could impact your e-commerce strategy

We're back with another e-commerce update.
Google just rolled out some changes that you need to know about. These updates could affect how you run your campaigns and manage your product feeds.
Let's dive in.
1. Performance Max and Standard Shopping Campaigns Now Work Differently

What's the Update?
Google changed how Performance Max and Standard Shopping campaigns interact. Before, if you ran both types of campaigns targeting the same products in the same account, Performance Max would automatically take priority.
Now, that's no longer the case. Ad Rank will determine which campaign serves an ad.

This change gives you more control over which campaigns run. It means you need to pay closer attention to your campaign settings and bids.
2. Google Fixes Supplemental Feed Limitation in Merchant Center Next

What's the Update?

Google Merchant Center Next now allows you to use your existing Google Sheets as supplemental feeds. Previously, you had to start from scratch or use templates provided by Google.
Why Should You Care?
This fix saves time and simplifies your workflow. You can now continue using your tried-and-true spreadsheets without any extra hassle.
How Can You Act on It?
Audit Your Feeds: Review your current supplemental feed setup.
Integrate Existing Sheets: Replace any workaround methods with your original spreadsheets.
Streamline Management: Enjoy a more straightforward process in Google Merchant Center.
Wrapping Up
These updates might seem small, but they can have a big impact on how you manage your Google Ads campaigns and product feeds.
