6 principles to 6 figs/mo with Google Ads
Behind a $84.9M week.

3 weeks ago, we ended 2024 with one of our best weeks ever.
$84.9M in 7 days.
This took us 4 years of trial and error to get here.
But I’m confident to say, we’ve got a reliable system in place now.
Here are 6 key insights we learned about Google Ads in 2024:
1. Be everywhere
The key to winning on Google is to be everywhere.
Search. Shopping. Youtube.
The more space you occupy in the prospect’s mind, the more sales you make.
That’s why we launched an SEO service 3 months ago.
We wanted to help our clients dominate the Google ecosystem.
When you rank first in both paid and organic search results, you become the go-to choice.
2. Relevance is everything
People click ads that match their intent.
If your ad fails to do so, they’ll scroll right past it.
This is why campaign structure is so important.
It makes sure the right message reaches the right audience.
When your keyword, ad copy, and landing page align, your quality scores go up.
And performance follows.
3. Know where your money comes from
A big mistake we see:
Brands not knowing how much revenue comes from new vs. existing customers.
We’ve audited accounts where over 80% of ad traffic was branded - people already familiar with the brand.
While branded traffic looks good on paper, it’s not scalable.
Most of these buyers would purchase anyway.
Segment your campaigns.
Track every dollar.
Focus on customer acquisition.
That’s the only way to scale long-term.
4. Small, consistent improvement leads to big results
Success on Google Ads isn’t about one big change.
It’s a game of stacking.
Optimizations after optimizations.
Better keywords. Better images. Better copy. Better segmentation. Better landing pages. Better GMC. Better feeds.
Each tweak on its own is small.
But together, their impacts compound over time.
5. Align strategy with the brand’s goal
Early on, we assumed every brand wanted the same thing:
More revenue, lower CPA, better ROAS.
That’s the case for most.
But not for all.
By tailoring our approach with their goals, we’re able to scale them for the long term.
And in business, the most successful brand is the one that stays in the game the longest.
6. Find the opportunities your competition misses
You’ll make the majority of your money on the standard routes.
But your biggest profits come from untapped opportunities.
When competition is low, you don’t need much effort to win.
Set aside 10-20% of your budget to test new campaigns.
Advertorials. YouTube Short Ads. Competitor Search.
These don’t work for every brand.
When it does, the payoff is well worth the investment.
